Victoria which is the southermost major city in Western Canada is the capital city of British Columbia and is located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island about 60 air miles southwest of Vancouver and about 75 air miles northwest of Seattle Washington. The Victoria International Airport is located 14 miles north of Victoria in North Saanich on the Saanich Penninsula. This float base is also staffed by the Canada Border Services Agency which means flights from the USA can clear Canadian Customs upon arrival.
