Pikangikum is a remote First Nation`s Community located in North Western Ontario north of Red Lake. There are no roads to this isolated community and the only access is by scheduled or charter flight. Pikangikum Airport

The Pikangikum Airport is located just over one mile north east of town and has a 3,500 foot gravel runway.  The airport is service by Wasaya Airways and Perimeter Airways.

Wasaya Airways offers group charters between Pikangikum and other remote northern communities as well as Red Lake, Sioux Lookout, Thunder Bay and more. You can arrange group charters for up to 32 passengers.  If you need a float plane, Sandy Lake Seaplanes is located in Sandy Lake which is 95 air miles north of Pikangikum.
